Because the professional rehabilitation of persons with special needs is the most important step to integrate them into society, Yadan BiYad association is working on qualifying those people to increase their chances in the labor market.

The thirty years old Ali was one of the persons who completed two computer training courses at ACCAD institute in 2011 and thanks to his determination and diligence, he was able to overcome his motor disability.

Ali was one of the PWDs that received help from Yadan BiYad association to find a permanent job. He got employed in the beginning of 2014 as the personal custody officer at Aleppo University Hospital.

When we met him after his recruitment, he was very happy getting this job, especially during the Syrian crises, and hoping that all PWDs would find a chance to become highly productive in their society.
